Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Centre Support Manager to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Reading on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 14 months.
This key unique and diverse role of Centre Support Manager will ensure that the Centre adheres to Porsche’s franchise partner and strategy guidelines, by working closely with management and is pivotal to the daily operations of the whole Centre.
The role covers multiple disciplines from Reception, Facilities, Health and Safety and Events Management and the Digital Marketing team to help manage the Centre’s online social media platforms and website.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Team Management experience of receptionists/hosts
* A track record of ensuring exceptional customer experience, in a fast-paced customer facing environment
* Sound understanding of events management processes
* Knowledge/ understanding of online digital marketing
* Exceptional organisational, planning, administration, and customer service skills
* Proven experience within a management role in a franchised automotive dealership or hospitality environment
What could you be doing day to day?
* Managing customer relations including the day-to-day operation of the reception team, always ensuring exemplary customer service standards
* Adhering to the Porsche’s franchise guidelines document relating to Facilities, Mystery shop, Employee Training Records, Marketing, and events, ensuring strict confidentiality is always maintained.
* Managing customer data and marketing event activities
* Creating, designing, and implementing content, and managing social media platforms
* Supporting management in meetings with employees, performance reviews, audits, and business initiatives
This role is a full-time Fixed Term Contract opportunity located at Porsche Centre Reading, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.
* The term is for a period of up to 14 months, starting early 2025 (and no later than 1st February 2025)
* A basic salary up to £40,000 pro rata depending on experience.
* Bonus of up to 15% of basic salary, paid quarterly during the year.
