Job Description
The duties include:
1. Team Management including monthly 1 to 1's, target setting, performance management and work allocation
2. Production of KPI's, develop this to a more automated process and reports for FC
3. New Account Application and Onboarding of New Suppliers
4. Supplier account maintenance with credit limits, up to date terms and all details are correct
5. Weekly reporting on Supplier Utilisation to be sent to Operations Management Team and FC
o Including any overall challenges from the supplier regarding ongoing disputes
o Highlighting any potential credit limit issues identified from KPI reporting
6. Management of tasks and cases in line with SLA's.
7. Proactive escalation point for Supplier disputes and/or Supplier Financial Relationships
8. Accounts Email Inbox Management
9. Delivery of Monthly report delivered to FC & Director
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate MUST:
1. Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
2. Have a proven track record of leading a team - Essential
3. Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
4. Have excellent communication skills at all levels - Essential
5. Have a mindset of continuous improvements - Desirable
