What You’ll Bring:
KCS Education are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual with a confident telephone manner to join their dedicated Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will take ownership and pride in providing excellent customer service to play a key part in nurturing and retaining their customers.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Customer Experience Executive, you will:
* Consistently provide excellent customer service, taking ownership of queries through to resolution stage promptly and efficiently.
* Regularly capture, populate, and accurately maintain the CRM system with all activity relating to your customers' details.
* Answer incoming calls in line with agreed service levels as well as make outbound calls to provide both order and delivery updates.
* Support in managing a variety of email inboxes in the Customer Experience department covering anything from orders to discrepancies/complaints and product sourcing.
* Ensure all orders are input accurately and efficiently.
* Build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers' wants and needs.

What We Require:
* Proven experience within a fast-paced customer-facing role.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Previous experience of working in an office-based role is desirable but not essential.
