What youll do day to dayEnsure efficient collection of customer vehicles prior to servicing and efficient delivery upon completion.
Collect and deliver vehicles from customers homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork required.
Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
Take responsibility for thesafe driving of customer vehicles, respecting any personal possessions left in the vehicle.
Liaise with customers to gain additional information as required.
Ensure all dealings with customers are handled courteously.
Collect / deliver small items where required.
Parts pre-picking and parts deliveries
Site co-ordination to ensure the presentation of the business with regards to parking
