Your role: You’ll be joining our dedicated and high performing HR team who provide HR group service support for c1400 employees. This team is responsible for all first line HR administration and the monitoring and management of our busy Employee Support Service inbox. This role will support our Senior HR Administrators and HR Advisors in managing large volumes of work covering the full breadth of HR. It’s a busy role and we need an organised and proactive team player. You’ll have demonstrable experience of working on multiple projects with changing priorities within an HR arena. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and employee support, but as an all-encompassing role you’ll support the whole spectrum of our HR function – from rewards and ER, to L&D, administering offers, making contract amendments, processing leavers and everything in between. The role will also support on payroll administration. What you’ll be doing: Managing the HR shared service mailbox, ensuring all queries are logged and assigned within SLA Responding to general HR queries relating to HR processes, payroll, benefits, expenses, and HR policies Processing payroll accurately and in line with deadlines Supporting on data inputting required to ensure our employees are paid within our contractual timeframes and are in receipt of appropriate benefits Processing offers of employment Undertake employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting background checks/verification of employment eligibility Processing invoices Processing occupational health requests Assist with the maintenance of HR processes, policies, SOP’s, training and user guides on WesPeople We’re looking for: Ideally you will have some experience within a HR administration role or strong generalist administration experience.
