A Day in the Life
1. Provide safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services, including direct-to-patient support and support for healthcare professionals.
2. Resolve technical queries using troubleshooting tools and record details in our CRM database.
3. Exceed customer expectations by handling inquiries efficiently and striving for first contact resolution, delivering world-class service.
4. Responsibilities may include therapy and product knowledge, call management, troubleshooting, and quality management.
Must Haves
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
* Ability to stay calm and resilient under pressure.
* Computer literacy with MS Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to multitask effectively, navigating between programs to access data and input information in real-time.
* Basic to intermediate math skills for assisting with vital statistics.
Nice to Haves
* Experience or knowledge in diabetes therapy or clinical/care settings.
* Experience troubleshooting medical equipment/services in contact centers or helpdesks.
* Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
