My client is urgently looking for an Account Executive to join its busy department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an immediate start, on a full-time based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm and is home- based. Specific responsibilities will include: Maintain regular contact with named Brokers, their customers and named direct accounts. Address queries, including but not limited to billing, payment, wholesaler and consumption levels. Feedback regular progress to Customers and Brokers. Provide a prompt service, by dealing with issues in an organised and documented way, whilst maintaining regular contact with the Broker and Customer. Provide cover when needed for the Account Manager. Support Business initiatives for growth and retention.
