About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who is passionate about building secure relationships with young people and motivating staff in a collaborative and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in innovative assessment and be an exceptional classroom teacher with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
The Assistant Headteacher will:
* Be responsible for developing the curriculum and ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
* Have a good understanding of school improvement and be able to motivate and develop staff.
* Be someone who thrives in a fun yet challenging environment and has a passion for building strong relationships with young people through trauma-informed practices.
* Be resilient and approachable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Requirements
* UK QTS or equivalent qualification.
* Experience of working with a multi-professional team and managing staff.
