Building on Haxby Group's experience as a regional workforce and training hub alongside a vision to become an at-scale multiprofessional primary care training provider, this innovative role will allow qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioners with an interest in education to maintain and develop existing clinical skills in a supportive practice environment alongside an expanding educational portfolio. A proportion of the successful candidate's week will be spent working as part of the Haxby Group Training team. This will involve the development and delivery of teaching and leadership skills, helping to mentor and support both current and aspiring practice nurses and other health professionals.

You will demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision making and expert care, including assessment, diagnostic, and management skills. As well as dealing with acute illness, you may be involved in the management of long-term conditions.
You will be responsible for supporting, designing, and delivering training programs that will meet the needs of our customers. You will perform training needs assessments, design and deliver curricula, and manage all phases of training interventions. You will support the development of education and training opportunities, projects, and schemes within the remit of Haxby Group Training and the Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub (PCWTH), liaising with practices across Humber and North Yorkshire to provide support and guidance relating to students and training.
