As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management to food production, while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices. Manage inventory levels and coordinate food production to ensure quality and consistency in menu offerings. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in hospitality. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
