About the Role
Alongside the Centre Manager and as a respected and highly valued member of our Centre’s Leadership Team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth, development, and effective management of an early learning service. We have Services at Southport, Robina, and Mudgeeraba with the main focus being on Southport.
This role will consist of administration work, as well as mentoring educators while assisting the Centre Managers between our 3 Gold Coast-based Services. You will forge quality relationships with families and educators while developing and strengthening connections within the local community.
This is a permanent, full-time professional opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience with a view to advancing further in your career. Assist in delivering a high-quality and tailored program using your advanced ideas, expertise, and inclusive approach.
Build lasting and quality relationships with families, ensuring the educators are keeping up with all interactions via Storypark.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will be working alongside the Centre Manager, communicating with families, and willing to engage in professional development to learn new skills and further your knowledge. You will have the following:
1. Flexibility with hours Monday - Friday
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Full First Aid and CPR certificates, inclusive of Asthma and Anaphylaxis
4. Current WWC/Blue Card
5. Current Child Protection training
