Time Appointments are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Sales Consultant to join a successful furnishings store in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a local business that prides itself on providing excellent customer service, satisfaction and value.
Key Duties:
1. Greeting and welcoming customers when entering the store.
2. Provide exceptional assistance, promptly addressing customer queries & ensuring their needs are met
3. General shop floor responsibilities such as restocking and keeping the shop tidy.
4. Working in the back areas when required to help put away deliveries & to keep the stockroom clean and organised.
5. Talking to customers on the phone and answering any queries they may have.
6. Operating the till and handling money.

11. Previous retail or customer facing experience is desirable but not essential
