Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Influencer Marketing to lead and elevate our influencer marketing strategy. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and scaling influencer-driven campaigns that align with our brand vision and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative leader, and someone with deep knowledge of the influencer landscape and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution:
* Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that support brand objectives and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Team Leadership:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team of influencer marketing managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work environment.
Campaign Management:
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from strategy and ideation to negotiation, execution, and performance analysis. Ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
Influencer Partnerships:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and other industry partners. Identify and onboard influencers that resonate with our target audience and align with brand values.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
* Utilize analytics and insights to track the effectiveness of influencer campaigns. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, ROI, brand sentiment, and conversions to optimize future strategies.
Budget Management:
* Oversee the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns while maximizing ROI.
Collaboration Across Teams:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, Social Media, Creative, Product, and Brand Marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and campaign alignment with broader marketing goals.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
* Keep up to date with emerging influencer marketing trends, platforms, and tools to continuously innovate and drive the effectiveness of campaigns.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
* Provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign performance, trends, and insights, while demonstrating the value and impact of influencer marketing on the business.
Qualifications:
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams and multi-platform campaigns.
* Proven track record of driving successful influencer campaigns in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-profile influencer relationships.
* Deep understanding of influencer types, from micro to celebrity-level influencers.
* Expertise in developing creative briefs, campaign guidelines, and performance tracking frameworks.
Analytical Mindset:
* Proficient in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.) to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Creative Vision:
* Ability to think creatively and innovatively, developing influencer campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support broader marketing initiatives.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
