As AV Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for:
The day to day delivery of frontline customer services supporting the implementation and delivery of University IT and AV services, systems and solutions
Deployment and maintenance of the University's teaching space infrastructure
AV projects, such as the continuous upgrade program of existing teaching spaces. Assist with the IT/AV design, implementation and delivery of teaching and learning spaces as a part of the University's Estates Strategy
To oversee the daily operation of AV specific support including high profile events as a part of the ITS Customer Services Team
You will have a proven experience of working in an appropriate technical specialism - in this case ‘AV’. You will have a substantial experience of developing and implementing technical infrastructure in support of IT and AV system delivery.
