ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As Resident Experience Associate (REA), you will assist the Leasing Manager in overseeing the operation of a multimillion-pound, build-to-rent development. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a community within the building by providing an unparalleled level of customer service. Your role will involve resident engagement, building rapport, ensuring compliance, and supporting maintenance needs for residents from diverse backgrounds. Coordination of Resident Events and other duties will be key. This is a diverse and challenging role requiring organization, agility, and a passion for interaction. Key responsibilities include:
