Job Description
* Handle and resolve customer queries via telephone and email
* Provide customers with accurate, valid, and complete information regarding financial services
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

* Manage customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Familiarity with financial services and products
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
