We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced activity therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and be able to create a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a variety of activities and programs that meet the needs and interests of our residents.
2. Provide individual and group activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
3. Work with the nursing staff to create a therapeutic environment that supports resident healing and recovery.
4. Coordinate with volunteers and other staff members to ensure that all activities are well-run and safe.
