An award winning, chartered financial planning organisation with offices in Hove are looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their successful support team.
The role will be to provide high level support to the Financial Planners of the business across the full advice range including investments and pensions. Some key responsibilities are:
1. Processing the submission of new & top up business to relevant provider platforms, checking adviser has provided full compliance requirements
2. Updating the back-office system with the new business and uploading all relevant documents
3. Working with a number of provider platforms - to add expectations for new monies in
4. Processing Switches
5. Purchasing and selling of funds
6. Paying out ad hoc income requests
7. Annual Client Review Reports
8. Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings
9. Ad hoc Projects
