Job Description
This is an ideal position for a Guest Service Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and join our busy lively Ibis London Wembley in this full-time position working 40 hours a week.
Perfect for someone with hotel experience and being passionate across all departments and support them to deliver exceptional guest service experience, the role offers a salary of £32,000 per annum plus benefits.
The role:
* Being able to be involved in all aspects of hotel life, always focused on delivering a great experience for our guests and setting a great example for your colleagues as a manager supporting all departments in the hotel.
* Unique opportunity for Team Leader or Duty Manager to get first manager position in a busy place and get exposure to all departments in the hotel.
* You will be supported by one of our Talent “known as Picasso” responsible for Marketing and Social Media content and helping him to grow and create unique experiences for our guests.
* Your support will be supporting our lovely team in Food and Beverage and Front Office team help them to go through the craziness of Event at Wembley.
* You will be looking after the wellbeing of our team, set up team activities, wellbeing calendar, and personal attention for our lovely team.
* You will be looking after personalization of the stay of our VIP Guests by creating sparkles with the support of Front Office Team.
* You will lead our live music events ensuring our guests and teams are having fun during those times.
* You will support our Maintenance Manager with creating and supporting ESG activities for teams and guests.
Qualifications
A bit about you:
* Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, ideally within Accor-brand properties.
* 2 years hospitality management or supervisory experience is essential.
* A solid background in F&B operations or front desk.
* Guest service is a top priority for you.
* Collaboration is key in your work ethic.
* Networking and engaging with new faces is part of your skill set.
* Proficient in computers and adept at handling calls professionally.
* As an experienced hotelier you know that we're a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays should be expected.
ibis London Wembley is a busy hotel welcoming world travellers located 5 minutes away from Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena and has a busy F&B and Reception operations 10 months a year.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Front Office Manager, you will become part of a friendly team of 30 talents. Our hotel offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
