Project Coordinator
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £30,000-£50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:30
Fully Office Based
My client, who is based in Farnborough and is within the construction industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their exciting and vibrant team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey from deposit to completion, updating the customer throughout the process and being responsible for any queries that may arise.
Responsibilities:
1. Seeing the customer through the process of loft conversion to completion.
2. Answering calls and handling incoming enquiries.
3. Keeping in frequent communication with the design team.
4. Assisting customers with obtaining signed party wall documents and making heating system arrangements.
5. Chasing up council planning applications frequently.
6. Arranging site setups of projects.
7. Ordering materials/windows and assisting our loft fitters day to day.
8. Keeping in regular contact with customers, tradesmen, and building control.
9. Efficiently dealing with on-site issues.
10. Keeping customers updated throughout the process of their loft conversion.
11. Preparing completion packs.
12. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed and general office duties.
Skills Required:
1. Experience in a projects role.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Highly organised with attention to detail.
4. Works proactively and with initiative.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Full UK driving licence.
7. Construction experience is desirable.
