CR3 is currently working with a leading UK insulation supplier based in Chelmsford who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Responding to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of channels including phone, email, web, and internal systems
* Taking client bookings
* Working closely with customers to ensure they are receiving the service they have been promised
* Providing clear and concise responses to all enquiries and ensuring all information given is correct and accurate
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner or escalating when necessary to achieve the best resolution for the customer
* Providing reactive and proactive support to increase customer retention
* Ensuring all missed calls are followed up
* Providing ETAs and servicing history to customers when requested
The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will have experience working within a customer service environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to use their own initiative, work well under pressure, be organised, efficient, and able to multitask. Office experience is preferred but not essential.
A car driver is essential due to the remote location, as the closest public transport is 2 miles away.
