Group Referrals Manager Are you a skilled communicator, with a natural ability to build trusted relationships? We are collaborating with a highly regarded Education and Care organisation, seeking to appoint a Group Referrals Manager to join their dynamic commercial team. As Referrals Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, professional and effective referral process, acting as the primary liaison between the organisation and local authorities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee incoming referrals - Ensuring timely and professional responses Work closely with Headteachers to coordinate placements and ensure readiness to meet the individuals needs Develop trusted partnerships with local authority representatives Represent the organisation in local authority meetings - Fostering transparency and mutual understanding Maintain accurate records of placements - Ensuring data security and confidentiality Essential Requirements: Candidates must have a background in referrals/placements/admissions Candidates must have experience liaising with Local Authorities An understanding of the Specialist Education Sector and EHCPs will be beneficial for this role Important Information: This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to spend at least two days a week on-site - either in the central office or visiting schools—while working remotely for the remainder. Salary - Dependent on experience - £40-45k (Basic) Bonus.
