The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support pupils on a 1-2-1 basis within the classroom, as well as providing small group intervention sessions to support pupils raise their attainment levels. This is a brilliant role for a Teaching Assistant who is looking to build on their experience supporting pupils.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be joining an outstanding KS2 department who go above and beyond for their pupils, ensuing lessons are engaging and that pupil interaction is consistent throughout the lesson.
The headteacher has been with this school for a number of years and is one of the key factors to their success. Having achieved consistently high results at SATs as well as their continued community projects, this is truly a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant!
