Salary: Up to £45,079 (depending on skills and experience) What you'll be doing: Delivering the Mandated Training Courses to UK and Overseas Staff comprising of (but not limited to): o Human Factors Initial and Recurring o Safety Management Systems A and B o Root Cause Analysis o On-the-Job Training o MAOS o Fleet Planning Promote the use of feedback to enable the continuous improvement of the content and delivery of the training To support, train and guide learners and develop their personal and professional attitudes, skills and abilities with responsibility to ensure successful completion of qualifications Your skills and experiences: Experience of delivering Mandatory Training such as Human Factors, Safety Management Systems is essential Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or progressing towards) or equivalents Experience of working within a Part 145 and Part M Organisation Understanding of the MAA and CAA Regulations applicable to Part 145, Part 147 and Part M organisations Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Early Careers & Skills Development Coach team: As the Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Mandated Training), you will be responsible for delivering the required Mandated Training Courses to Part 145, Part M and Support Staff based in the UK and overseas. The training will be delivered either by internet or face-to-face. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a specialist training team, where you will support the requirement for personnel to remain current and compliant with the various Regulatory Articles relating to Mandated Training.
