Analyst & Business Support Co-Ordinator
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum
The Analyst & Business Support Co-Ordinator will support all areas of the Make Ready business and will help define from start to finish, how the Division/business reviews and analyses its data. The Analyst & Business Support Co-Ordinator will work within our Administration team offering day to day support to the business as well as being involved in ongoing projects when supporting of the Operations Team in some of the most exciting changes in the company.

We have been working with NHS ambulance trusts across the UK for over ten years, ensuring that their ambulance fleets are prepared, cleaned, re-stocked and all equipment is working before every shift.
As Analyst & Business Support Co-Ordinator you’ll be:
1. Working with our internal systems and programmes to extract and manage data including tracking of audits and creating reports and performance data.
2. Working with and at times driving the Management team to report information back to you to identify areas of improvement or delivery to deadlines.
3. Financial tracking of the P&L, analysing and recommending changes,
4. Produce client reports and support with the production of presentations.
5. Monthly KPI tracking/Production/Analysis Reporting evidence of findings to the Regional Manager.
6. Drive and promote innovation.
As Analyst & Business Support Co-Ordinator you’ll have:
7. Experience in Microsoft and Power BI
8. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
9. Driven individual with skills in planning and execution of plans
10. Tenacity to challenge the status quo and see things through to the end
