We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join the Procurement Information Management (PIM) Team within the Procurement service of Lancashire County Council.
What we do
The PIM Team is a data management team, responsible for controlling the data held within multiple different IT systems used by the council. The role is broad and varied, and you will have the opportunity to work with many different services and teams across the organisation.
While we do work within the Procurement service, we are not directly involved with the purchase of goods and services, so please don't be put off if you don't have any procurement experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, amend, and manage the data held within ICT systems used within the procurement service and wider organisation.
* Support Lancashire County Council suppliers through the use of LCC's self-service systems via a variety of communication methods.
* Support senior officers in the extraction of data and production of reports which support business activity.
