Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the well-being of young people in our care and provide a positive and safe living environment. To manage and lead Residential Support Workers in delivering high-quality childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
* Manage and mentor Senior Residential Support Workers, providing supervision and training.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Support young people in developing their care plans and achieving positive outcomes.
* Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
* Promote anti-discriminatory and equal opportunity practices.
Minimum Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
* Knowledge of childcare legislation and regulations
* Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour
* Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills
* Ability to relate to young people with empathy and compassion
* Leadership and management skills
