Working in a vibrant and fast-paced team, you’ll support global PR news generation initiatives and team operations across 18 markets that ensure the PR team runs to its maximum capability (including budgets, meetings, retros and more). Responsibilities Team ops – ensure the team’s meeting cadence, agency liaison, budget management, ordering merchandise, team processes run like clockwork with immaculate attention to detail. Data analysis - Support with pulling data insights across our markets in a timely and detail orientated manner including consumer research coordination with our external supplier & proprietary data pulling. Budgeting - Support the global PR director with budget management for the team, liaise with the finance team and be the advocate in the team for a gold standard procurement process. Reporting - Partner with Measurement Lead to ensure timely and comprehensive business reporting on behalf of PR, ensure effective collation of coverage and context. PR activities - Take an active role in understanding the output and activity of the PR team to ensure context in providing reporting, media lists and retro support. Campaign planning - Support campaign planning, both on a market and global level - providing desk research, sourcing & liaising with suppliers and organise retros. Industry knowledge - Take an active interest in the media landscape, providing support on new verticals or contacts, collating media landscape reports and keeping a close eye on competitor activity. Skills Required Prioritisation and Organisation - your time management, prioritisation & organisational skills are top notch – the asks on the team come through fast and frequently with very tight turnarounds and as this role supports the whole team your ability to multi-task, deliver at pace, and communicate clearly is pivotal. Attention to detail - when working across 17 markets in multiple languages, accuracy is key. Collaborative - Highly collaborative and an excellent team player.
