Senior Account Manager Job Description Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients. Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from quoting and invoicing to delivery and aftersales. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and internal procedures.Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching. Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and safety-conscious team culture.Client Strategy & Satisfaction Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
