Overview
A client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive their digital strategy and manage impactful marketing campaigns over a 12-month period. This role is integral to enhancing brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and driving targeted website traffic. The successful candidate will lead an in-house marketing team, collaborate with key stakeholders and agency partners, and optimise digital efforts to meet critical business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic, long-term digital marketing campaigns with a focus on brand growth and online visibility.
2. Manage and support the in-house marketing team to ensure efficient performance and successful campaign execution.
3. Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to drive engagement and lead generation across B2B and B2C audiences.
4. Work closely with suppliers and agencies to achieve agreed performance and ROI targets.
5. Drive improvements in lead conversion, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
6. Collaborate with the CRM team to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and maximise ROI.
7. Take ownership of the exhibition calendar and content strategies, aligning them with the broader marketing objectives.
8. Maintain and update the company's website portfolio to ensure a user-friendly experience and robust digital presence.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Substantial experience in digital marketing within the manufacturing sector, covering both B2B and B2C channels.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems.
4. Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a track record of increasing brand impact.
5. Strong organisational skills with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
6. A creative and analytical problem-solver who can bring innovative solutions to business challenges.
