Job Title: PMO Consultant/Analyst
Location: North West - Mainly remote/Hybrid
Contract Duration: 3-6 months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Consultant to join our team on a contract basis for 3-6 months. The ideal candidate will be based in the North West and possess strong Business Analysis and Project Management skills. This role involves picking up small projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage small projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Conduct thorough business analysis to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
* Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a PMO Consultant or in a similar project management role.
* Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather and document requirements.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the [specific industry or sector, if applicable].
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
