This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at NextGen Teachers, an Education Recruitment company whose vision is to provide West Yorkshire schools with high-quality education staff across all sectors (Primary, Secondary and SEN). NextGen Teachers aims to be the agency of choice for all candidates and schools alike over the next few years and we are looking for an Education Delivery Consultant who can help us achieve just that.
Founded in April 2024, NextGen Teachers are looking for a highly driven and self-motivated Individual who is looking to grow their own network of candidates and offer exceptional service. We are looking for an Individual who is creative and forward thinking who is looking to become an expert in the sector and has future ambitions to become a high performing super star within our wider business group. We are looking for Individuals who are committed to building and being part of a new Education Brand who have big ambitions to be the number one recruiter in the local area.

A snapshot of what your day will include:
Liaising with candidates daily, discussing their job requirements and screening for potential opportunities
Supporting the sales consultants with candidate recruitment for supply, long-term and permanent vacancies
Posting job adverts daily and using platforms for active recruitment such as; Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn and more
Arranging candidate Interviews for temporary and permanent roles
Picking up vacancy leads from candidates
Working close with our sales consultant for candidate sourcing
Providing candidates with on-going support and feedback
Supporting with CV writing and the candidate onboarding experience
Regular candidate check-in from the point of registration and through there work with NextGen Teachers
Leading and delivering candidate registration interviews on the phone, through online videos and in person
Leading and delivering candidate Induction events for all newly registered and working candidates
Creating mailshots on candidates
Skills Required:
Previous experience within recruitment, sales or education
Confident and professional communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet changing deadlines
Highly organised
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
High attention to detail
Ability to build strong working relationships
Knowledge of the education sector
