We are now looking to recruit a Catering Technician to join us to support the Catering Manager in the running of our Bistro and Enterprise outlets, ensuring staff and students have access to appropriate equipment, materials and resources in lessons and that health and safety policies and procedures are in place and adhered to. You will also support the Catering Manager in the general duties associated with the food production and catering provision. Hospitality qualifications would be an advantage. You will have a wide range of cooking abilities and knowledge and have previous experience of working within an education setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships is also essential. This is a part-time role for 21 hours per week, term-time only 2 weeks. Flexibility to work evenings when required is essential.
