What You’ll Do:
As the driving force behind our international expansion, you will:
• Strategic Market Research: Identify and evaluate lucrative international markets through comprehensive research on trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour.
• Market Entry Execution: Develop and execute customised entry strategies, including franchising, joint ventures, and direct operations, tailored to each market.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local stakeholders, including business partners, regulatory bodies, and suppliers.
• Localisation Expertise: Adapt our product offerings, branding, and operations to meet regional tastes, cultural expectations, and regulatory standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure long-term profitability and brand loyalty in new markets.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align global and local objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a global mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Industry Experience: At least 5 years of senior-level experience in international market expansion, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven Results: A track record of successfully entering and scaling brands in international markets, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strategic Thinker: Expertise in analysing market trends and consumer insights to create actionable strategies.
• Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain global partnerships.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, French, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
