About the role
* Role: Permanent/Full time
* Position: Fully remote or hybrid H/O based in Chester
* Salary: Up to £55K per annum
Role Overview
* Managing contentious and non-contentious matters with a balanced approach.
* Manage own client base and caseloads.
* Handling all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements.
* Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
* Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet client needs.
* Remote or Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid model.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (CILEx) with experience in Employment Law, particularly in managing employment tribunal litigation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Capable of managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines.
* Team-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
* Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunals.
