To be considered for this full time position you must: Have previous experience of working and supervising a small team in the leisure and Spa sector Previous experience of pool water & plant room management. Ability and willingness to work shift patterns including weekends. Flexible, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team. Passion to exceed expectation first time, on time, every time. Excellent attention to detail. Proactive approach to challenges. Immaculate presentation standards in all that you do. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with guests and colleagues at all levels. The role of Leisure and Spa operations supervisor requires essential qualifications in lifeguarding, pool water management and first aid. Full training will be provided to the right candidate but previous experience is essential. Candidates working within Marriott must embrace and attend comprehensive training when required. Staff must be eligible to work in the UK.
