With a healthy split across both private and public sector clients, recent projects include commercial, social housing, schools, universities, prisons, healthcare and more.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have the experience below:-
1. Have at least 4 years plus experience in a similar role.
2. Generate dynamic thermal models (using IESVE software) and perform comfort analysis, natural ventilation air-flow modelling, Building Regulations Part L assessments, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) etc.
3. Non-domestic energy assessor (or equivalent) certification preferred but not essential.
4. Experience with ApacheHVAC/detailed HVAC systems modelling.
5. Provide supporting evidence for BREEAM credits that require output from thermal models such as, thermal comfort, energy and carbon reduction, potential for natural ventilation, energy monitoring, low carbon design options and so forth.
6. Prepare Low and Zero Carbon (LZC) technology feasibility studies.
7. Prepare Energy Assessments/Energy Strategy documentation for supporting pre-app and full planning application for Local Authority approval.
