The role is 5 days out of 7 and includes some but not all weekends on a rota basis. A shift either starts 7.00am or midday and the latest finish is 8.00pm. Job Description We are seeking a experienced Chef/Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team in Hereford, United Kingdom. As a Chef/Cook Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and leading a small team. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety standards Collaborate with management to improve kitchen processes and customer satisfaction Adhere to budgetary guidelines.
