The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a background in corporate transactions to lead cases, manage high-calibre clients, and enhance technical and commercial skills. Key Responsibilities Advising on corporate finance, acquisitions, mergers, MBOs, and joint ventures Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including shareholder and partnership agreements Providing guidance on company formations, LLP compliance, and governance Handling distributor, agency, and franchise agreements Experience in employment, intellectual property, or commercial property law is advantageous The Ideal Candidate 6 years PQE with experience in corporate and commercial law A proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships Strong negotiation and commercial awareness Regular access to a car is preferred Why Join?
