What We’re Looking For Childcare Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent (essential). Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role. Knowledge of EYFS: Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how to implement it effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
