This role will be responsible for providing an expert level of service in project management, consulting, and support in the areas of litigation and internal matters, while serving as a liaison and a primary point of contact between the Information Governance teams, Office of General Counsel, Data Privacy, case teams, and the Practice Support Center (PSC) regarding internal matter projects including designing databases, processing data, and executing productions and exports. This role will be located in either our London, or Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Other key responsibilities include: Demonstrating expert level project management and consulting skills, including determination of project scope, preparing specifications, documenting project details, delegating tasks, and ensuring projects conform to specifications and deadlines Providing high level support and consulting to colleagues, within PSS, on data processing workflows, automation technology, and document review strategies Providing expert level data analysis services in the areas of searches, review, and analysis of client data, filtering, and culling for case team review Collaborating with team members on designing new automation workflows Consulting and guiding the firm’s attorneys, staff, and clients, as well as colleagues in the PSC, regarding best practices in the use of eDiscovery and contract analysis tools technology to support the litigation and due diligence processes We’d love to hear from you if you: Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including organising, planning, consulting, and follow-through Possess sound understanding of UK/EU e-discovery/disclosure law and practice Have experience in most, if not all areas of the EDRM And have: A bachelors degree or an equivalent; directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Combined Paralegal or Legal Technology experience Experience in Project Management, preferably Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
