Location: Launceston PL15 7FJ
Contracted Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We have 2 positions available both full time but one is a permanent position and the other is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Alternative Feeds Administrator to join our Trading Team. Reporting to the Senior Alternative Feeds Administrator you’ll be a key part of the Administration Team involved in processing orders, managing customer contracts, handling incoming calls, and assisting with customer enquiries.

So that you're set for success, we're looking for a natural people person who thrives on delivering fantastic customer service. You’ll be organised with good attention to detail and comfortable communicating confidently with our loyal customers and your team.
What you will be doing as an Alternative Feeds Administrator…
* Operating the telephone system in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner and to provide basic information to our customers
* Entering Straights sales and purchase contracts onto D365, organising deliveries, liaising with transport and suppliers
* Providing administration support in an efficient, effective manner for colleagues and customers
