Fixed-term contract to 31st March 2025 This is an exciting opportunity to join the Skills, Employment and Adult Education Service and be part of our Job Shop Team, based in Coventry City Centre. As a Job Coach, you will be delivering a first-class service to provide residents a high-quality and personalised service to ensure they receive full support, enabling them to move closer to and move into good quality employment. You will be the first point of contact for residents visiting our Job Shop. You will meet and greet, support residents in the registering process, signing in, provide initial advice and guidance and book and allocate appointments with our Employment Coaches.
