Temporary Research & Outreach Coordinator (Spanish Speaking) – 2-Week Assignment

Are you a strong communicator with research skills and Spanish language proficiency? We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a short-term Research & Outreach Coordinator to support an exciting international project in the regulatory science sector (pharmaceutical, biomedical science, veterinary medicines etc.)
The Project:
Our client has been developing an IT tool designed to assess regulators within their sector, with the potential for major industry impact. The tool is similar to well-recognised Benchmarking Tool but tailored specifically for my client’s sector.
The Role:
Your key responsibility will be to engage with regulators across Asia and the Americas, helping to recruit pilot companies and volunteer countries to participate in the project. You’ll work from an existing database but will also be expected to research and identify additional contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outreach to regulators and industry contacts in Spanish-speaking countries.
* Research and identify potential pilot companies and volunteer countries for participation.
* Communicate the mechanics and objectives of the project to key stakeholders.
* Build relationships and secure engagement from international regulators.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
* Strong research and analytical skills to identify key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to quickly understand and grasp the mechanics of a technical project.
* Experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement, or business development is a plus.
