Tradeline are actively seeking a Trainee Engineer/Technical Co-Ordinator to join our clients fast-paced and growing Engineering/Technical team.
On offer is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a technical team as a Trainee Technical Co-ordinator/Engineer.
Your role will be to assist the team to complete their duties whilst training to fulfil the role of an Engineer/Technical Co-Ordinator.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Understanding and learning processes & procedures within the Technical and engineering department.
* Dealing with technical enquiries from QS/ Engineer/ Site.
* Reviewing and logging CCTV Surveys & test results.
* Reviewing drawing revisions
* Registering drawing revisions and issuing to chase up to QS’s each Monday.
* Obtaining information from CAD drawings to assist engineers
* Creating road models in CAD & ICON office.
* Volumetric analysis.
* Administering site start information including site checks and chasing information.
* Assist with departmental development.
* Various Company Reports/ administration.
* Personal on-going development.
* Other duties as reasonably required from time to time.
You must be eligible to work in the UK with no Visa Sponsorship requirements.
Person specifications:
* Good standard of GCSE’s and A Levels.
* A desire to develop your career within Engineering.
* Ideally a UK qualification within Engineering or a Technical construction discipline..
* Full clean driving license and access to a car (claim travel expenses) as travel in between sites will be required.
* Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Analytical and practically minded.
* Highly organised.
* An interest in a long-term career within Construction.
