The successful candidate will have proven skills in home management, particularly in elderly care and dementia. The role demands a strong track record with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the ability to achieve outstanding ratings. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and services are provided to residents. - Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training. - Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations, maintaining a strong track record of excellent inspections. - Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those with dementia. - Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and families. - Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively. - Continuously seek ways to improve care quality and achieve outstanding ratings.
