Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Art Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, covering various artistic disciplines. Develop students' skills in a wide range of artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. Assess and monitor student progress in Art, providing constructive feedback to guide their artistic development. Contribute to the enrichment of the school's artistic environment through displays, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Art and Design. Demonstrated experience teaching Art at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4), with A-Level experience being advantageous. Strong subject knowledge across a range of artistic disciplines, historical contexts, and contemporary practices.
