We are looking for a full-time, temporary SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners by providing tailored support in a nurturing and inclusive environment.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nProvide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND.\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans.\n\nFoster a positive and structured learning environment.\n\nSupport students with their emotional and behavioral needs.\n\nWork closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nExperience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.\n\nA patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\n\nA commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting student development.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive pay rates.
