The Department Our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team specialises in providing bespoke solutions for clients in all forms of litigation, arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Our expert team of legal advisors and support staff across the department are known for their ability to handle complex matters involving multiple issues. The team works on all types of disputes and for a range of clients,including working with large corporate clients, smaller businesses, entrepreneurs, schools, and individuals. The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administration Manager (Client Care Manager) to join our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team based in our Cambridge office. The role offers the opportunity to lead the support function for a busy team of expert lawyers and other professional staff. The successful candidate will be managing the team's Client Care function by ensuring a seamless professional service to our clients through exceptional and proactive administration and assistance. Experience of leading or supervising a team is required. Some of your main responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the Client Care administrative team, including workloads, capacity and delegating Liaising with the legal advisors in the production of required correspondence and documents, ensuring efficient delivery Confidently liaising with clients and third parties as required Managing team diaries, handling meeting and travel arrangements Supporting the financial processes of the team.
