Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism HR Technology Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary About the role Our highly successful SAP SuccessFactors practice consists of 35 in the UK team, as part of our EMEA wide and Global competency that are industry agnostic, high performing, and highly supportive. As our new SuccessFactors Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the success and growth of our team. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role is open to all our national offices and will involve some client travel. This role would be great for an experienced SuccessFactors consultant that’s seeking career growth and the opportunity to work with the latest emerging technologies and markets. What your days will look like: Using various tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends, reviewing work for quality and relevance, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions. You will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized work streams You’ll provide coaching and feedback to team members, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role is for you if: You have HR technology implementation experience covering all aspects of the development cycle from initial HR technology advisory, product and vendor selection, detailed scoping & design to implementation and ongoing optimisation You have knowledge of HR Technology & Integration across the entire employee life cycle covering mainly SuccessFactors and optionally on-premise ERP HR to other cloud SaaS solutions You have highly skilled in integrating HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple geographies, HR systems and platforms for large global organisations Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from business opportunity to planning, design to configuration through go-live Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in SuccessFactors solutions What you’ll receive from us: No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
